Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated at the top of the website. Standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class and proof of postage is obtained for every order.
UK Postage
UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days after dispatch, though it can occasionally take longer during busy periods. Royal Mail does not class an item as missing until 10 business days after the expected arrival date, so we're unable to offer refunds or replacements until after that period.
Postage is calculated by approx weight and size at checkout:

For guidance: stickers and decals are approx 2g, cards are 25g, notepads are 30-40g, mugs are 400g, bags are 130-200g and prints are 50/120g
