Products will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (unless there is a notice at the top of the website). Standard postage is first class (signed for is available) and we receive proof of postage for each item posted.
UK Postage
UK delivery should be 1 working day after dispatch. However, it can take longer and the royal mail does not deem an item missing until 10 days after postage. So we cannot refund or send replacements until after that period.

International Postage
International postage can take longer. European delivery is usually within 4 -10 days, US delivery usually within 7-14 days, further afield can take a little longer. Nail decals are currently posted in a small envelope, with a branded sticker. They are wrapped in tissue paper, and includes a business card and thank you.
Cards and Prints are currently posted in a manilla hard backed envelope or padded envelope with branded stickers. They include a business card and thank you.
No invoices are included for small orders.
